We thought we’d start out the week by going through our Krystalist mailbag. Our first note comes to us from Annette Thibodeaux in Lafayette, La.

Thibodeaux wants to compliment her local Krystal and thank Denise, who was working the Drive-Thru during her recent visit. Thibodeaux says:

“I stopped in on Tuesday, June 3 and Denise was working the Drive-Thru. [I had the] best service. She was smiling like she was glad to be there. It was a good feeling to see such a friendly smile…thanks for such a great experience at the Drive-Thru.”

We want to give a big pat on the back to the Krystal employees in Valdosta, Ga. Upon opening our Krystalist Mailbag, we came across a glowing note from Floristine Black about her exceptional experience at the restaurant (ok, so really we just checked our email, but opening our mailbag sounds cooler - right?). Either way, we thought it’d be nice to share with the Krystal folks in Valdosta. Below is Ms. Black’s email.

“Oh my gosh, I really don’t know where to start…I went to the Krystal restaurant located in Valdosta, Ga., on Bemiss Rd. My husband and I were soooooooooo shocked from the customer serviced that we received there.

I don’t ever think that we ever experienced excellent customer service from any other fast food restaurant. Not only was the cashier extremely nice, but the cook even asked us how we were doing once we walked in and made sure we were pleased once we walked out. After we had ordered our food, the cashier told us to have a seat and our food would be brought out to us.

I almost forgot that I was eating fast food. We actually left out full and with a smile on our face!

I wish I would have remembered their names so that you guys might thank them for a job well done. They were there on May 22, 2008 around 4:30/5:00. Why not just give the whole store a job well done. I am sure that the management leads by example, they just looked like they loved being at work and doing what they were doing. BRAVO!!!!”

So great job Krystal employees of Valdosta. Keep up the good work!
