Celebrate Earth Day with these tips from Krystal

Happy Earth Day! Today is dedicated to inspiring awareness and appreciation for the Earth’s environment. And to show its support, here are a few tips from Krystal on how you can help do your part for the cause.

• Carpool, ride a bike, run or walk when possible – like when you’re on your way to Krystal!
• Recycle. You can recycle newspapers, plastic, glass bottles and even your Krystal wrapping and boxes.
• Reuse. You can reuse clothing, water bottles, etc. Plastic bags, such as the new Krystal Chik sacks can be used as small trashcan liners or doggie poop bags.
• Bring your own bags to the grocery store or when given the choice between plastic and paper, opt for paper.
• Go to your local library instead of buying new books.

Krystal's new Butter Chik fans have spoken and put this chicken sandwich in first place!

Hopefully by now you’ve been able to try one (or all three) of Krystal’s new Chik flavors. But if not, seeing the updated results of this poll might convince you to get your hands on the new Savory Butter-Flavored Chik, as it currently leads the “Pick Your Chik” poll with 39.5% of the votes.

This new finding comes about two weeks after our first poll results update, where the Fiery Buffalo Chik was the front runner with 43%. Looks like all those Buttery Chik fans stepped up to vote and put the Buffalo Chik in its new place of second with 33.5%. It’s not far behind, but still number two nonetheless.

It’s the Sweet BBQ Chik fans that we want to see get in the game. We know you’re out there. Show us your competitive side and make this Chik’s third place spot with 27% a thing of the past. It seems Krystal Lovers can’t get enough of the crispy, 100% all-white, whole chicken breast filet served on a steamy, soft bun. But which “Pick Your Chik” flavor currently reigns supreme, you ask?

Drum roll please…. The Fiery Buffalo!

With 43% of the votes, the Fiery Buffalo currently leads the pack. Only 8 points behind is Savory Butter with 35%, leaving Sweet BBQ in last with 22%.
